CPR, the crop protection retailer software, is provided by GAR LLC ("we") to the organizations that use it and their users. This policy says what we collect about CPR's users, how we use it and who we share it with.
To provide CPR to you and your organization: signing you in and keeping your account secure (texting your sign-in codes, when you choose text messages), showing, emailing and texting your notifications as you choose, answering your questions, and finding and fixing problems. Your mobile number is used only to text you what you asked for, never for marketing.
Only the service providers CPR runs on, and only to provide it: hosting and storage, email delivery, text message delivery and error reporting. We don't sell personal information.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
You choose in CPR's two-factor settings whether sign-in codes are texted or come from an authenticator app, and in its Notification settings whether your notifications are emailed or texted; you can turn texts off or reply STOP at any time (see the SMS Terms). Your organization's administrator manages your account; ask them, or us, to correct it.
We keep your information while your organization uses CPR and as its records and the law require, protected by encryption in transit, access controls and two-factor sign-in.
