CPR by GAR LLC sends two kinds of text messages to users of CPR, the crop protection retailer software by GAR LLC, from one number: sign-in codes and notification texts. Each is only ever sent to a user who asks for it, and each text starts with "CPR by GAR LLC".
A user who signs in with a password confirms it's them with a second factor: an authenticator app, or a code texted to their mobile phone. Users who choose text messages in CPR's two-factor setup enter their mobile number beside these terms, which agrees to the codes, and confirm it with the first code. A code is texted each time they sign in or ask for one, for example:
CPR by GAR LLC: 123456 is your sign-in code. It expires in 3 minutes. Don't share it.
Text messages are optional: an authenticator app works instead, and you can switch in CPR's two-factor settings at any time.
Users can also have their CPR notifications texted to them. Each text gives a notification's title, who sent it and a link to open it in CPR. In CPR's Notification settings, the user verifies their mobile number with a code texted to it, reads these terms, turns on "Text me each notification" and saves. Texts are off until then. When you sign up we text you:
CPR by GAR LLC: You're signed up for notification texts. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.
Consent to texts is not a condition of using CPR.
Your mobile number and your consent to texts are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing, and texts are used only for sign-in codes and your notifications, never for marketing. See the Privacy Policy.
We may change these terms. When a change affects what you agreed to, CPR asks you to agree again before texting you.
